  Gift yourself or someone special with a hand-poured handmade ceramic fir soy candle. Once the candle is done you've got a sweet container to reuse! There's a link at the bottom to add a match striker to complement the candle.

  I've made the container on the potter's wheel and use layers of reactive glazes to finish the piece. Once fired I hand-poured all natural soy wax blended with fragrance/essential oil blend and use a cotton wick. I love this scent so much I use it year round. Mild citrus, wood, balsam it's cozy and the perfect Christmas candle, will burn for 35 hours+.
  
  Burning Instructions: Trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. For the first burn, the candle should be allowed to burn one hour per inch of diameter of the candle. This will give the best scent throw and allow the candle to burn properly. Subsequent burnings should be at least 2 hours, long enough to get a full melt pool across the candle.
  
  
  To clean the wax out of the container after the candle is completely burned you can simply use hot water to soften the leftover wax and wipe out. Finish by washing with soap and water. Your lovely container is now ready to enjoy its second purpose, a planter, tumbler...pen holder? The choice is yours:)
